Is your work guaranteed ?

Yes all our work is guaranteed by us, the length of guarantee depends on the work carried out. Also certain products carry a manufacturers Guarantee/Warranty, this shows the faith we have in the products we use and also our work.



How is the balance paid ?

This depends on the size of the job, payment terms will be discussed individually.



Is UKR insured ?

Yes, we have public liability insurance and are covered upto £10m. Which offers peace of mind should the unforseeable happen.



Is there a charge for an appointment/quotation?

No we do not charge for quotations, quotations are free and you are under no obligation.
